We coordinate international process service worldwide, confirming whether formal Hague service, informal service, or both options are available for your case.

There are two basic methods in most countries: formal service by treaty (such as the Hague Service Convention) or letters rogatory, and informal service by a private process server. Some courts require a court order before informal service in a Hague country, so check your court’s rules.
If a defendant does not defend and a judgment is entered after service by an agent rather than through judicial assistance, it generally will not be possible to enforce the judgment in the foreign country through its courts. Confirm the right method with your attorney or court.
A PDF of the service documents (or three copies by mail), a letter of instructions with the defendant’s name, service address and the method requested, and payment in US dollars.
Yes, into 88 languages. Proper nouns such as names and places are generally not translated, and translation costs are billed separately.
Our rates are posted on our website. Optional expedited FedEx shipping for Hague assignments is $150, and there is a $0.75 per page copy fee for files of 100+ pages.
